The Bloomfield Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we" or “our”) respects and protects the privacy of users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "users"). This Privacy Police is prepared to explain to you about our collection, use and sharing of your personal data (as defined below) regards to the MetaPath website, mobile application and other software available on or in connection with our Services practices, as described in our Terms of Service (collectively, the "Services"). "NFT" in this Privacy Policy refers to a non-fungible token or similar cryptographic item implemented on a blockchain (such as the Ethereum blockchain) that uses smart contracts to link or otherwise be associated with certain content or data.

Ⅰ. Data we collect "Personal Data" means data that allows you to be individually identified, including, for example, your name, email address, and any other non-public information about you that is related to or linked to any of the above. "Anonymous data" means data that is not associated or linked to your personal data, including aggregated and de-identified data; anonymized data by itself does not allow for the identification of an individual. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data as described below.

a. Information you provide to us

i. When you use our services, update your account information or contact us, we may collect your Personal Data such as email address, name, username and other information you provide. We also collect your blockchain addresses, which may be associated with Personal Data when you use our services.

ii. If you provide feedback or contact us, we will collect your name and contact information, as well as any other content contained in the message.

iii. We may also collect Personal Data at other points in our Services where you voluntarily provide it or where we declare that Personal Data is being collected.

b. Information Collected Through Technologies As you browse and interact with our Services, we may use automated data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including:

i. Information Collected by Our Servers. In order to provide our services and make them more useful to you, we (or third-party service providers) collect information from you, including but not limited to your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, Mobile device ID, blockchain address, wallet type and date/time stamp.

ii. Log Files. Like most websites and applications, we automatically collect certain information and store it in log files. This information includes IP address, browser type, Internet Service Provider ("ISP"), quotation/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Services, track user activity around the Services, and better customize our Services to our users' needs. For example, some information may be collected so that it can recognize you when you visit the Service and this information can be used to personalize your experience.

iii.Cookies. Like many other online services, we use cookies to collect information. We may use session cookies (which expire after you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your computer until you delete them) to analyze how users interact with our services and to improve the quality of our products, And provide users with a more personalized experience.

iv.How we respond to “do not track” signals. Our systems currently do not recognize "do not track" signals or other mechanisms that may enable users to opt out of tracking on our website.

v.Analysis Services. In addition to the tracking technologies (such as cookies) that we place, other companies may set their own cookies or similar tools when you visit our Services. This includes our participation in third-party analytics services ("Analytics Services") that help analyze how users use the Services. Information generated by cookies or other technologies about your use of our Services ("Analytics Information") will be transmitted to the Analytics Service. The analytics service uses analytics information to compile reports on user activity, which we may receive individually or in aggregate. We use information obtained from analytics services to improve our services. Analytics Services may also transfer information to third parties where required by law or where such third parties process Analytics Information on their behalf. Each Analytics Service's ability to use and share Analytics Information is governed by such Analytics Service's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the processing of data about you by the Analytics Service in the manner and for the purposes described above.

c.Information collected from third-party companies. We may receive Personal and/or Anonymous Data about you from companies that offer their products and/or services for use in conjunction with our services, or companies whose products and/or services may be associated with our services. For example, third-party wallets provide us with your blockchain address and certain other information that you choose to share with those wallets. We may add it to the data we have collected from or about you through our Services.

d.Public information observed from the blockchain. We collect data from activities that are publicly visible and/or accessible on the blockchain. This may include blockchain addresses and information about the purchase, sale or transfer of NFTs, which may be linked to other data you provide to us.

Ⅱ. Use of Your Person data

a. We process your Personal Data in order to operate our business, provide the service, personalize your service experience and improve the service. Specifically, we use your personal data to:

i. Facilitate the creation and security of your account;

ii. Identify you as a user of our systems;

iii. Provide you with our services, including but not limited to helping you view, explore NFTs using our tools, and in our sole discretion, directly connect with others to buy, sell, or transfer NFTs on public blockchains;

iv. Improve the management of our Services and the quality of your experience when you interact with our Services, including but not limited to analyzing how you and other users find and interact with the Services;

v. Provide customer support and respond to your requests and inquiries;

vi. Investigate and resolve possible violations of our Terms of Service;

vii. Detect, prevent and address fraud, violations of our terms or policies and/or other harmful or illegal activities;

viii. Display information about you next to NFTs that are currently or previously accessible in your third-party wallets and next to NFTs you interact with;

ix. Comply with applicable laws, to cooperate with law enforcement or other authorities in the investigation of suspected violations of law, and/or to pursue or defend legal threats and/or claims;

x. Act in any other way we may describe when you provide personal data.

b. We may create Anonymous Data records based on Personal Data. We use this Anonymous Data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we can improve our services and enhance service navigation. We reserve the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and to disclose Anonymous Data to third parties without restriction.

III. Disclosure of your personal data We disclose your personal data as described below and elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

a. Third Party Service Providers. We may share your personal data with third-party service providers to: provide technical infrastructure services; conduct quality assurance testing; analyze how our services are used; prevent, detect and respond to unauthorized activity; provide technical and customer support; and/or provide other support to us and the Services.

b. Statutory rights. Regardless of the choices you make about your Personal Data (as described below), MetaPath may disclose Personal Data if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary: (a) in connection with any legal investigation; (b) in compliance with law or in response to a subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process served on MetaPath; (c) protect or defend the rights or property of MetaPath or users of the Services; and/or (d) investigate or assist in the prevention of any violation or potential violation of the law, the conduct of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service.

c. Other disclosures. We may also disclose your Personal Data: for the purposes for which you provided it; for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provided it; or with your consent.

IV. Third-Party Websites Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. When you click on a link to any other website or location, you are leaving our Services and going to another site where another entity may collect Personal Data from you. We have no control over, do not review, and are not responsible for these third-party websites or their content. Please note that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these third-party websites or their content, or to your Personal Data collected after you click on a link to such third-party website. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of each website you visit. Any link to third party websites or locations are for your convenience and do not imply our endorsement of such third parties or their products, content or websites.

V. Third-Party Wallets To use our services, you must use a third-party wallet that allows you to trade on public blockchains. Your interactions with any third party wallet provider are governed by that third party's applicable terms of service and privacy policy.

VI. Your choice of information Using the services of our platform, the following choices of information can be made:

a. If at any time you decide not to accept cookies from our Services for any of the above purposes, you can stop accepting cookies from the website you visit by changing its setting. Check your browser's technical information. However, if you do not accept Cookies, you may not be able to use all parts of the Service or all features of the Service.

VII. Data Retention We may retain your Personal Data for as long as you continue to use the Services, for as long as you have an account with us, or for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Even if you deactivate your account and/or stop using the Services, we may continue to retain such retention if it is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our terms or other agreements with your Personal Data and/or protect our legitimate interests. If your Personal Data is no longer required for these purposes, we will delete it.

VIII. Data Protection We care about the security of your information and use physical, administrative and technical safeguards to protect the integrity and security of information collected through our Services. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems. If any information in our custody and control is compromised as a result of a security breach, we will take steps to investigate and correct the situation and notify individuals whose information may have been compromised in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

a. You are responsible for the security of your digital wallet and we urge you to take steps to keep it safe. If you find problems with your wallet, please contact your wallet provider.

IX. Minors We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from visitors under the age of 13. Our Terms of Service require all users to be at least 18 years old. Minors aged 13 or older but under 18 may use a parent or guardian's MetaPath account with the account holder's participation. If a child under the age of 13 submits Personal Data to MetaPath, and we notice that the Personal Data is information about a child under the age of 13, we will attempt to delete that information ASAP. X. Changes to This Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on the MetaPath Privacy Policy. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is indicated at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to periodically visit our Services and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
